Support authorization tracking, payer portal checks, documentation follow-up, and procedure-level authorization workflows.
Support front-end healthcare workflows including patient information review, insurance verification, and scheduling-related support where applicable.
Support coding-related workflows, documentation review, charge review, provider query tracking, and coding denial support.
Work on production tracking, operational reports, dashboards, data review, BI coordination, and performance summaries.
Help identify repetitive RCM workflows, automation opportunities, reporting improvements, and client-specific process automation needs.
Lead teams, monitor productivity, support quality, manage escalations, and coordinate daily operations.
